Success shouldn’t come at the cost of your sanity. Building by Design, Not Default is a session for entrepreneurs who want to scale their businesses with purpose—without falling into the trap of overwork and burnout. Too many business owners get stuck in survival mode, reacting instead of leading. This session will show you how to take control, design a business that aligns with your vision, and create sustainable growth without running yourself into the ground. It’s time to stop letting your business run you—and start running your business with clarity, confidence, and balance.
