Abby is the owner of Thrive Realty Group and one of the top-producing agents at Keller Williams Milwaukee, with over 265 career sales and a perfect 5-star rating across every review platform. Having lived across the globe due to her husband Jobi’s former professional basketball career — including stints in Portugal, the Czech Republic, Poland, the Netherlands, and Australia — she built her business around the very thing she knows best: helping people navigate major transitions with confidence. She established Thrive Realty Group in 2022 to keep pace with a growing client base while maintaining the personalized service her clients had come to expect. She donates 5% of all commissions earned to local Milwaukee organizations and hosts workshops, client parties, and community events, because she believes great real estate relationships don’t end at the closing table.

Beyond serving clients, Abby and Jobi have spent the last eight years building a portfolio of rental properties — renovating and restoring rundown homes into safe, beautiful places for people to live. Jobi is a licensed general contractor, and together they’ve turned a shared passion for real estate into a family business. Known by clients for her negotiation skills, her eye for a property’s potential, and her commitment to educating buyers and sellers rather than just transacting with them, Abby has become a go-to resource in the Milwaukee market. Based in the Bay View neighborhood with their five children, she is often juggling an always-changing schedule and is known for saying, “Life is full AND fun!”
