Marcia Taylor is the CEO and Owner of Lush Gourmet Popcorn, a Milwaukee-based, family-owned business she launched in 2014. Her entrepreneurial journey began as a labor of love, creating flavor-infused popcorn for family, friends, and coworkers—who quickly encouraged her to share it on a larger scale. Today, Lush is known for its small-batch, handcrafted, and liquor-infused gourmet popcorn, inspired by Milwaukee’s rich Brew City culture. With a mission to “end the popcorn prohibition,” Marcia is reimagining the snacking experience one bold flavor at a time.

In addition to leading Lush alongside her brother, Marcia is an X-ray Service Leader at GE Healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and brings over 14 years of experience in the healthcare engineering field. Her expertise spans project management, new product introduction, service support, training, and process development, establishing her as a strategic and innovative problem solver.

A self-proclaimed “health-conscious junk food baby,” Marcia is passionate about crafting fun, unique flavors using quality, locally sourced ingredients. A Detroit native, she also enjoys traveling and exploring new culinary inspirations
