About Amy Krymkowski

Amy Krymkowski is a certified career and leadership coach and the founder of Better Path Coaching, a Milwaukee-area coaching practice she launched six years ago after pivoting from a career in human resources ~ a leap that sparked her journey into entrepreneurship.

With over two decades of experience across HR, coaching, and leadership development, Amy specializes in guiding mid-career professionals through meaningful transitions — helping them get unstuck, reconnect with their values, and take bold steps toward more purposeful work and lives.

Through Better Path Coaching, she has supported professionals and leaders at organizations including Chief, ISACA, Netflix, and Veolia North America, and currently serves as a coach for SHATTR and the Leadership Institute for Black Women. She also leads Bold & Beautiful, a virtual, heart-centered learning community designed for midlife professional women.

Amy holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, an Integral Coach® certification, and a Master’s degree in HR & Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
