Angela S. Adams is the Founder and CEO of SAGE Business Advisors, LLC, a leadership advisory and consulting firm focused on Simplification, Alignment, Growth, and Elevation. Angela is recognized for designing experiences that are both intellectually rigorous and deeply human—where insight sharpens, perspective expands, and lasting change takes hold. Cherishing a deep respect for family, community, and service, Angela brings a people first perspective to every leadership role. Angela is an experienced board leader, currently serving on the Universities of Wisconsin Board of Regents along with several other nonprofit and advisory boards.

Angela is married to the love of her life, Ronald. J. Adams. They enjoy creating memorable experiences with family and friends – where their son and three daughters play an active role in embracing their belief that moments matter.
