About Casey O'Brien

Casey O’Brien is Director of Workforce Innovation at the MKE Tech Hub Coalition, where she leads strategies to strengthen, retain, and advance the region’s tech talent, including Catalyze, a leadership development initiative for mid-career technologists. She previously served as Assistant Director of UW-Milwaukee’s Connected Systems Institute. An award-winning educator and former Wisconsin Teaching Fellow, Casey spent more than 15 years in higher education as a senior lecturer and leader in teaching and learning innovation. Her work sits at the intersection of talent development, regional competitiveness, and inclusive workforce design.
