Citlali Mendieta-Ramos is a dynamic entrepreneur and community leader, known for her creative ventures and commitment to culinary excellence. She is the founder and owner of Antigua Restaurant Group, which oversees Antigua Restaurant, Antigua Catering & Events, Celebration Helpers, Lola’s Empanadas, and Antigua Deli. Since 2006, the Antigua brand has been a Milwaukee staple with the restaurant and their full-service catering, all infused with Latin flavors. Citlali also leads Celebration Helpers, a staffing service providing professional event staff, bartenders, and event assistants to help clients host seamless events.

Expanding her culinary footprint, Citlali founded Lola’s Empanadas, a vibrant food truck concept serving authentic empanadas at festivals, private events, and pop-ups across the region. She is also developing Antigua Deli, a cafeteria concept bringing fresh, everyday dining to the Milwaukee County Courthouse community. Citlali is deeply involved in community leadership, serving on the boards of the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), the Wisconsin Restaurant Association, and the Hispanic Collaborative.

She holds an MBA from Alverno College and is a Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE) through NACE, the National Association of Catering and Events. Outside of hospitality, she owns Antigua Properties, focusing on real estate investments, property rentals, and home flips, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growth.
