With no formal business background, she’s grown Confluence into a trusted, go-to source for printing, mailing, and signage.  She believes in authenticity, her amazing team, and the power of community and connection.  When she’s not wearing her boss hat or networking, you’ll find Courtney riding her Harley, lifting heavy things, playing disc golf, or enjoying time with the people she loves most.
