Daniela Varela is the founder of Ruby’s Bagels – where the focus is to provide freshly baked bagels for everyone to enjoy. She provides a great place to work for people in her community while also empowering them to pursue their own dreams. Daniela is a Milwaukee raised first generation Mexican American, a Microbiology major drop out that decided to pursue her dream of owning her own business in hopes to inspire and help others with her journey.
