About Dr. Shakkiah Curtis Curtis

Dr. Shakkiah Curtis is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, business, and entrepreneurship. She graduated from Tennessee State University with a B.A. in English and later pursued a Master’s degree in Instructional Design and Organization Development from Alverno College. Driven by her passion for success among African American Women Entrepreneurs, she went on to achieve a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on how Emotional Intelligence contributes to their achievements.

Throughout her career, Dr. Curtis has ventured into various entrepreneurial projects, spanning fashion, business, and fitness. Her latest endeavor, SPINN MKE, stands out as it challenges cultural norms in boutique fitness by inclusively bringing wellness to communities that have traditionally been left out. At its core, SPINN MKE revolves around culture, community, and well-being. Additionally, she founded The Pink Hustle, a personal and professional development firm that aims to empower first-generation women and women entrepreneurs to build wealth.
