My name is Ebony Whitson, and I am the founder and chief curator of events behind Whitson Wonder Productions. My journey into event design and production began with a passion for capturing special moments and a deep desire to make a positive impact through creativity.

At Whitson Wonder Productions, we specialize in transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences. We alleviate the stress of event planning by managing every detail with precision and care. What sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating events that inspire and leave lasting impressions.

Beyond my work in event production, I am a dedicated advocate for women and minority entrepreneurs. I proudly serve as a board member for NAWBO Chicago-Wisconsin and WGIRLS Milwaukee, both organizations focused on empowering women and children. Additionally, Whitson Wonder Productions is a certified woman-owned business (WBENC) and minority-owned business (NMSDC), reflecting our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

I’m a proud graduate of the prestigious Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program (Cohort #34), where I gained invaluable insights that continue to shape my journey as an entrepreneur. In 2023, I was honored with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award from NAWBO Chicago, and our work at Whitson Wonder Productions has also been recognized by Wisconsin Economic Development’s Marketplace WI, where we were a finalist for Rising Star in 2021 and, in 2024, a finalist for Outstanding Business of the Year.

Most importantly, I am a wife and a mom in the most beautiful, blended, and blessed family—a role that brings me endless joy and fuels my passion for creating moments that matter.

After six years in business, I continue to push boundaries, elevate event experiences, and create opportunities for impact through every event we produce.
