About Eva Welch

Born and raised on the northwest side of Milwaukee, Eva Welch has always had a passion for helping others. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors, completing a double major in Psychology and Business Administration. Throughout her life and during her studies, Eva developed a strong desire to support individuals who have experienced trauma and hardship.

As one of the co-founders of Street Angels Milwaukee Outreach, Eva has been boots on the ground serving Milwaukee’s unsheltered neighbors since 2015. She understands the importance of an individualized, human-centered approach and has a unique ability to build trust and meaningful connections with those she serves.

Eva has played an instrumental role in the growth and sustainability of Street Angels, helping guide the organization in areas such as grant writing, fund development, internal controls, and organizational operations. Her leadership has helped Street Angels grow from a grassroots mission into a vital community resource.
