Francisca Rodriguez is a Milwaukee native working as the Senior Manager for the Diverse Business Development division of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. She has over 14 years of experience in the finance industry, specifically work with business owners of small to mid sized companies. In her current role, Francisca focuses on grant management and the support of Wisconsin’s small businesses through funding and technical assistance. She works hand in hand with local chambers and other non-profit organizations that support the state’s small business community. Francisca is a creative and a small business owner herself. She is a mother and an advocate of women working to pursue their professional aspirations while balancing their family and personal goals, while also protecting and being conscious of their own mental and physical health. She and her team cover the entire state, in efforts to better support and serve the diverse business community.
