With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry, Kaelyn Cervero is a hospitality entrepreneur and leader known for building guest-centric businesses and cultivating strong, empowered teams behind them. Her background spans food and beverage operations, catering and event production, hotel and conference center management, and restaurant development.

Throughout her career, Kaelyn has led successful hotel and restaurant openings, built high-performing sales and marketing strategies, and developed operational systems that support sustainable growth. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is particularly passionate about growing businesses from the ground up while mentoring the next generation of hospitality leaders.

Kaelyn is the founder of 41Fork Hospitality, a Milwaukee-based hospitality group that includes several distinctive brands. Its portfolio includes Noble Catering & Events, a full-service craft-catering company serving Southeastern Wisconsin; NEAT Beverage Catering, a mobile bartending and beverage catering company; Pearl & Cade, a boutique event venue in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward; and the recently opened 41Fork Exchange at Wantable Café.
