Katie Daly Weiss is the owner and creative director at Big White Yeti.

Before entering the world of entrepreneurship, she was an instructional designer for the American Society for Quality focused on developing training for Six Sigma, Quality Improvement and Quality Inspector certifications. She also developed payroll process documentation and implemented Lean Management processes at Marriott International.

Since 2012, she has lead her all-female team at Big White Yeti focused on quality, thoughtful production, nimble creativity, and waste reduction in a small business space. She and her team craft seriously good smelling candles and home fragrance products with a seriously light-hearted approach. And she LOVES a good SOP.
