About Laura Peck

Laura Peck is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Riverwater Partners, a socially responsible investment management company. As COO, she spearheads initiatives that promote operational efficiency and excellence in client service. Currently, Laura is focused on learning about artificial intelligence and how to incorporate it safely and effectively across the organization.

Laura serves on the Board of Trustees at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design (MIAD) and the Cancer Center Board at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is a prior officer at the Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee and former chair of the Next Generation Council at the United Performing Arts Fund. Before founding Riverwater, Laura was an active community volunteer and practiced law at Holland & Knight in Miami, FL, specializing in maritime contracts and litigation.

Laura earned a B.A in International Relations with a focus on Latin America at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
Laura lives in Milwaukee with her husband and dog Tucker. She enjoys most outdoor activities, staying active and has a passion for design and the arts.”
