About Micae Brown

Micae Brown, Assistant Vice President and Business Access Advisor for U.S. Bank in Chicago/Milwaukee helps bridge gaps in information, connections, and capital for underserved business owners. She collaborates with various business units to advocate for entrepreneurs and ensure their successful navigation of the banking system.

Micae began her finance career at LISC, a leading CDFI, where she used her marketing expertise to support small business lending and launch the national Entrepreneurs of Color Fund campaign. Before U.S. Bank, she ran a sales agency for seven years, helping businesses develop growth strategies. She also served as national business development manager for the Chicago Sun-Times, creating the revenue-generating Minority Report video series.

A seasoned media personality, Micae has hosted radio shows and facilitated global e-courses on business development. Passionate about education and mentorship, she teaches entrepreneurship to high school students and serves on the board of Calculated Genius, supporting STEM scholarships. A DePaul University graduate and Chicago native, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her Yorkshire Terrier, Studley.
