Morgan Phelps is the Founder and CEO of Colorful Connections, a social enterprise that transforms organizations into better versions of themselves by helping employers build, retain and grow inclusive teams that represent the communities they serve.

Morgan leverages more than 20 years of experience in communications, PR, and equity-centered work to help employers build, retain, and grow inclusive teams that mirror the diverse audiences they aim to serve. Through inclusive hiring services, strategic communications consulting, workshops, assessments, and leadership development, Colorful Connections equips organizations to create long term, culturally sustainable transformation.

A Chicago native, Morgan graduated with a MSJ from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, and a B.S. in African-American Studies, Theater and Politics from Oberlin College in Ohio. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, and serves as a Board Trustee for Milwaukee Chambre Theater, and PRSA Southeast Wisconsin.
