Raynetta “Ray” Hill is a dynamic leader in economic development, small business advocacy, and community revitalization. As the Executive Director of the Historic King Drive Business Improvement District in Milwaukee, Ray has spearheaded transformational projects, including over a million dollars in streetscape improvements and achieving Main Street Accreditation. With nearly two decades of experience in real estate development and
management, she has successfully implemented zoning overlays and championed initiatives that drive equitable growth.

A Harvard Business School Young American Leaders Program alumna and certified process consultant, Ray serves as a board executive and accomplished speaker. She has led efforts to enhance customer and visitor experiences, including business support programs, and innovative place-making strategies that create vibrant, welcoming environments. Ray is passionate about economic empowerment, sustainable development, and a strong advocate for initiatives that uplift communities and small businesses.
