Rosie Arabiyat is Senior Business Analyst with the City of Milwaukee’s Office of Compliance and Engagement. She specializes in empowering small businesses through Small Business Enterprise certification and government contracting opportunities. With a strong foundation in project management and small business development, Rosie is dedicated to supporting Milwaukee’s vibrant small business community. She earned her Master of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2019. Prior to her role with the City of Milwaukee, Rosie worked in local small businesses, including sales with a restaurant equipment supplier across Southeastern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois, and later as a sole proprietor of a quick-service restaurant. Her diverse background fuels her passion for fostering growth and opportunity in the local economy.
