Sarah Nelson is co-owner of The Ruby Tap, a wine bar in Wauwatosa and Mequon which she owns alongside her sister, Brooke Smith. Together, they have created welcoming spaces centered on hospitality, community, and approachable wine experiences. Their vision has been to make wine feel inviting rather than intimidating, while building places where guests can gather, connect, and enjoy memorable experiences.
