Sherri Jordan is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Envision the Ladder LLC, a boutique leadership development consultancy specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Envision the Ladder was established to provide essential resources for leaders and businesses aiming to grow and enhance their inclusivity. The firm builds on clients’ strengths to help them achieve their ultimate potential.

With over 22 years of experience in government affairs, economic and community development, and real estate, Sherri brings a wealth of knowledge to her work. Her passion for community, personal relationships, and transformational change is evident through her extensive involvement in volunteering, mentoring, and serving on various nonprofit boards. She is the board chair of UEDA Wisconsin and serves as the secretary for the Sherman Phoenix Foundation.
