About Skylar Schneider

Skylar Schneider is a professional cyclist and co-owner of The Bread Pedalers. Skylar currently races with the #1 ranked team in the World and spends half of the year living in Europe. It was while living in Europe where she discovered her love of fresh bread. While waiting out the Covid pandemic at home in 2020, she taught herself how to make bread and in October of 2022, along with her sister Samantha, opened a bakery in their hometown of West Allis.
