About Dr. Tiffany Tardy
Dr. Tiffany Tardy is the proud President & CEO of PEARLS For Teen Girls in Milwaukee, WI. She has the overall strategic and operational responsibility for PEARLS’ staff, programs, and execution of its mission to strengthen our community one girl at a time by empowering young women with self-development tools, guidance and support to strive for better, brighter futures by living out the PEARLS values: Personal Responsibility, Empathy, Awareness, Respect, Leadership and Support.
Before PEARLS, Dr. Tardy served as the Executive Director of the Milwaukee Public Schools Foundation, the Managing Director of Program for All-In Milwaukee, and the Director of the Grace Scholars Program at Mount Mary University. She also dedicated nearly a decade to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in various roles supporting diverse student retention and graduation.
With over 15 years of experience in higher education and nonprofit leadership, Dr. Tardy is a committed advocate for equity and access in education. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and a Doctorate of Education from Alverno College. In 2024, she was recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Milwaukee Business Journal for her leadership and impact across education and nonprofit sectors.
