Veronica Rodriguez-Lewis is the co-owner of an award-winning vintage store, BC Modern MKE, LLC, Milwaukee’s go-to destination for vintage and contemporary furniture, decor, and home accents. While she has always been a part of BC Modern, she joined the business full-time in 2022 after working behind the scenes since 2015. She has played a key role in growing BC Modern into a premier vintage destination and design resource, offering furniture curation, estate liquidations, and commercial and residential space transformation designs.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and leadership, Veronica previously held executive HR roles across multiple industries, specializing in talent acquisition, organizational development, DEI, and employee relations. She has also served as a university instructor, holds a Master’s degree in Adult Education – Organizational Development, and is a certified HR professional (PHR, SHRM-CP).
